Die Unix-Gemeinde (und deren Tools) sind ja bekannt für ihre vortreffliche Abkürzungs- und Namensgebung (z.B. steht YAST für Yet Another Setup Tool). Und so verhält es sich auch nun mit dem vorgstellten Link: YAML

YAML steht für Yet Another Multicolumn Layout. Hier die Beschreibung von der Seite:

„Yet Another Multicolumn Layout“ (kurz YAML) ist ein (X)HTML/CSS Framework zur Erstellung moderner und flexibler Layouts auf Grundlage von float-Umgebungen. Dabei stehen ein möglichst hohes Maß an Flexibilität für den Webdesigner und Zugänglichkeit für die Nutzer im Vordergrund. Innerhalb eines Tutorials wird die Funktionsweise der einzelnen Bausteine erläutert.

Beim ersten Hinsehen sieht es nach Arbeit aus, aber wer sich wirklich ernsthaft damit beschäftigt wird vermutlich sehr schöne Ergebnisse erzielen. Das ganze lässt sich sogar Downloaden und offline im Browser betrachten – so wie Selfhtml.

Ihr wollt auch so schöne Logos im Web2.0 Stil? Habt aber keine Lust auch mit Photoshop o.ä. damit abzumühen? Recht habt ihr – es gibt doch den Web2.0 Logo Creator.
